Remembrance
This isn’t traditional coaching.
This is remembrance.
This is the soul’s slow unfurling back to who you were before the world told you who to be.

My name is Matt. I’ve lived in both worlds—the world of performance and the world of presence. I’ve worn the mask. Chased success. Numbed the pain. And I’ve sat in the fire of awakening, stripped of everything false, until only what’s real remained.

Now, I walk with others through that same threshold.

What We Believe
At the heart of Vertical Life Coaching is a simple but radical idea:
You are not broken.
You are not a problem to solve.
You are a soul remembering who you are.
Healing isn't a hack, it's a homecoming.

Most coaching models start with what's wrong—what needs to be improved, optimized, or overcome. But here, we don’t start from the surface. We start from the sacred.
Because most of the pain you're carrying isn't here to be fixed.
It’s here to be felt.
And once it's felt fully—honestly, without resistance—it begins to dissolve.

Feel to free means we don’t bypass the grief, the fear, the ache in your chest when the mask slips off.
We go toward it—slowly, gently, courageously.
Because the only way out is through.
And in the process, you remember.

You remember what it feels like to breathe again.
To speak without editing.
To love without armor.
To be held without performing.
You don’t need a five-year plan.
You need a safe space to fall apart.
You don’t need to build a better version of yourself. You need to peel back the noise and meet the one who’s already here.
This work is sacred, not strategic.
It’s not about more goals—it’s about more God. Not about hacks—it’s about healing.
When you stop fixing yourself and start feeling yourself, you become unmistakably you.
And from that place, your life begins to reorder itself—not because you forced it, but because truth reorganizes everything it touches.
This is the vertical path:
Down first.
Then up.
Rooted, real, free.
